Airing Wednesday, July 14 at 9:00 pm Eastern Time (6:00 pm Pacific Time) and telecast three additional times, Yadin Nicol and musical guest In This Moment will appear on “The Daily Habit.”

Today, the ripper from down unda’, pro surfer Yadin Nicol brings his energy and enthusiasm to our studio. With a new film part locked down and a string of contests just ahead, Yadin fills us in on what he has up his sleeve for 2010. Plus, our crew tagged along with host Pat Parnell for his first celebrity surf contest, Project SOS Surf-A-Thon in Huntington Beach, California. Also, today’s musical guest, In This Moment, brings their lady-led aggression to the Stride Sound Stage.
